Role Overview

Weโ€™re looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our presence among Swiss professional associations and educational organizations in the B2B space. In this fully remote role, youโ€™ll play a key part in driving our sales pipelineโ€”identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying potential customers through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Youโ€™ll be the first point of contact, setting the stage for meaningful conversations and future partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Research: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to research and identify key decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Conduct 40-50 cold calls daily, supplemented by email and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential clients.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess prospects using MEDDICC or similar methodologies, ensuring they are a good fit for our solutions.
  • Discovery Calls: Lead or co-host initial meetings with prospects to understand their needs and position our offering.
  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, documenting key customer insights and interactions.
  • Sales Messaging Optimization: Track and analyze prospect objections to improve sales pitches and outreach strategies.
  • Lead Nurturing: Follow up and re-engage prospects over time to move them through the pipeline.
  • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for calls, meetings, and pipeline generation.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Language skills: Excellent command of Swiss German and English.
  • Sales mindset: Natural ability to build rapport quickly, strong active listening skills, and a structured approach to prospecting.
  • Self-starter: Able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment with little or no hand-holding.
  • B2B sales knowledge: Understanding of B2B sales cycles and qualification methodologies (MEDDICC etc.) and experience with HubSpot CRM and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo
  • Tech-savvy: Strong affinity for web technologies, ideally in the realm of knowledge management, edtech and content distribution.
  • Bias for action: A go-getter who thrives on execution and achieving tangible results.

  • Bring Your Own Device (BYOD): Youโ€™ll need a reliable laptop and headset.
  • Stable internet connection: Required for video calls and outreach.

Compensation & Career Growth

๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary: CHF 80,000โ€“120,000 OTE (base + commission, depending on experience and location).
